Every week, our clients excitedly await for our five vans to pick them up and take them to HEB or Walmart.

However, rising fuel costs may impact the Van Program.

In April, the cost for fueling our vans was $842 but in May that number almost doubled to $1,451.

In July you can support our campaign “Fuel Our Vans” and give a donation to keep our vans running and our clients happy.

Swinging for Seniors at T.H.E. Golf and Cornhole Tournament on Sept 22

The Hole Enchilada tournament combines two favorites into one day. Come out and play golf or cornhole. Either way, your support will help Senior Access serve more seniors by providing them a way to get out and about and remain independent in their communities.

How would you do your grocery shopping? How would you get to the doctor or pick up your prescriptions?  Your time or donations could help thousands of senior citizens without transportation in Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, and East Austin, to stay in their own homes.  Perhaps one of your family members has needed such a service in the past and you’d like to give back, or possibly you’re looking for a worthy way to spend some of your extra time, or maybe  you’re looking for a great cause to get needed service hours - whatever reason you may have, you can make a big difference here!

Senior Access was founded in 1993 on the premise that our senior neighbors lead happier, healthier lives when they “age in place”.

But how does one continue to live at home without viable transportation, basic chores around the home, or access to essential services? Senior Access connects volunteer drivers with seniors needing a way to get around.

Services include transportation, minor household repairs, medical equipment, reading, assistance with forms, personal visits, phone calls, and more.

Volunteer drivers are in high demand and provide the most essential service to our clients, but there are many others ways that you can also volunteer.

Your gifts are a critical element to the success of Senior Access services. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, most donations to Senior Access are tax deductible.
